Great customer service! From the phone conversation with the receptionist to the worker who installed a spare tire instead of towing my vehicle, the team remained professional and very friendly the whole time. Was told it would be an hour wait but help arrived in less than 30 minutes. Tire was changed quickly and I was back on the road. I hope to never need their services again but if anyone ever encounters an issue where vehicle assistance is needed and you don't have AAA, I highly recommend calling Elite Towing & Recovery.
24 Hrs. after car crash, arrived at Elite Towing to retrieve personal items. Elite Towing required a $600 dollar fee to retrieve personal property from an insured vehicle. This is Highway Robbery and illegal according to Indiana Attorney Generals Office!
